Why Art Therapy?

Art Therapy is offered to residents to help them face their fears. Fears such fear of failure, fear of rejection, fear of not being perfect, are some of the fears that can be addressed by our art therapist to get recovery into perspective.

It has been reported that self-awareness that didn't arise through other avenues, was easier to access through art. Our therapist uses all mediums and links the work to an individual's stage of recovery.
